okay, real talk about to go down. the plants we provide are real and alive, and because of that we want to make sure you’re set up with as much knowledge as possible to ensure they’ll not only survive with their new plant fam but also thrive and grow for you.
we’re here to help and answer any questions; but just like people, plants don’t always have a simple solution. please make sure you do your research, especially for those bigger investments. check out our FAQ and ask questions, we’ll level with you and we’ll tell you the hard truths. we’ll tell you fiddle leafs are amazing and beautiful but tough to grow in our climate - but not impossible, or that philodendrons are beautiful but not good for our furry friends.
we know you pay good money for your plant babies, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. if you’ve taken your plant home and you don’t think it’s a good fit please ensure you get in contact with us within 14 days and have the original copy of your receipt. we’ll exchange your plant for a different one, something new, or for store credit. sorry no refunds on any live plants.
merchandise (pots, hard goods, stakes, etc.) can be returned in original condition within 60 days for a full refund. please have the receipt (or order #) available upon return.
